- The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 20 minutes away by car, so it is advisable to buy food before arriving.
- We do not drink tap water, so remember to buy bottled water for your stay on the island.
- It is not the best starting point for getting to know the island in a short time, as you will have to travel winding and narrow roads to get off the western side of the island. It is for this reason that the area is quiet, picturesque and not at all touristy.

The whole house is located on the same level. The car can be parked just outside the door. It offers two terraces, one of them the solarium-terrace is located on an elevated level (only 3 steps) and the other one, where the outside shower, dining room and barbecue are located.
The interior of the house has a living room-kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bathroom, a first bedroom with a bed of 1,60mx2,00m and the second bedroom with a bed of 1,35mx 1,90m.
