The house Paralelo 28º is a renovated old Canarian house (hence its outstanding layout), located 5 minutes walk from the ocean and surrounded by volcanic mountains that you can walk through.

The entire property is distributed on the ground floor. To access its private terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower you will have to go out through the living room of the house and go down three steps. The jacuzzi and solarium area is located on the top floor, above the house.

Duplex Hoya del Viejo is a charming house in a local urbanisation, decorated with great care for our guests.

With free parking just in front of the house, on the ground floor there is a small private terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a lovely breakfast with mountain views.

Once inside, we have a spacious and bright living-dining room with smart-tv and wifi. Also on the ground floor there is a cloakroom with toilet and sink, well equipped kitchen and patio with laundry.

Upstairs, secured with a child barrier on the stairs, are the two double bedrooms, both very bright, and next to them a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Villa has two different accesses. The rear access, to access via a ramp and the front access via stairs. Both accesses with the possibility of free parking outside.

The whole villa is on the same level, so it is ideal for people with reduced mobility.

Its terrace with stunning views of the sea and the valley of La Aldea, has a dining area under a pergola, a swimming pool (heated from 1 November 2024) and a pleasant outdoor seating area to contemplate the wonderful environment that surrounds it.

Inside the house there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), one of them with ensuite bathroom, and another bathroom next to the other two bedrooms.

There is also a spacious living room with work area and a very well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
